1 Introduction & Acceptance

gu77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly if a breach of these Terms is suspected.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on gu77 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks)

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit. In exceptional cases, an alternative method may be used at gu77's discretion.

3.3 Failed or Rejected Transactions

If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or fails a security check, gu77 may reject that transaction and freeze the associated funds.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gu77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳47,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example:

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• gu77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the relevant account will be terminated and all funds will be forfeited.
• If a withdrawal request is made while a welcome bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5 VIP Program

The gu77 VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gu77:

• Operating an account in the name of a minor or helping a minor use the platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward gu77 staff.
